December, the month in which we reflect on the ending year and look forward to what’s coming. It’s also, of course, the time for Christmas holidays. Here at ThePuglia Immobiliare (Real Estate Agency) we have had a 2015 full of joy and accomplishment which I wanted to share with you all. Our estate agency in Salento, Southern Puglia, has mainly worked in two areas: touristic areas in which we’re becoming evermore specialised and in holiday home sales. Let’s take a look at what’s happened in 2015 and what’ll be going on next year!
Vacation rentals
2015 has been a year of to fully base ourselves in this wonderful zone that is Salento – indeed, we’ve managed tens of homes on the Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto beaches. We’re exploring this area more and more, looking to guarantee and improve our standard of welcoming tourists, home cleanliness and good services nearby (in which, in my opinion, one could set up a fully functional property management service). In 2015, we also began to broaden our range of operations, taking the running of a few gorgeous houses around Salento under our wing. Elsewhere, we have been developing a few villas with a swimming pool in Puglia, like the stunning Villa Laura in Lecce, which you can see for yourselves in the photo above.
Properties for sale
In 2015 we have increased our property quantity in Porto Cesareo – go to our Salento sales website to catch up on our latest additions. Above all, 2015 saw the development of an estate agency team along the entirety of Salento which has given way to a professional network who will be joining you at the beginning of 2016. With this team, we’ll be able to guarantee a vast property supply in Southern Puglia through our partners, which covers a wide reaching area: from holiday homes to houses by the sea, from manor houses to farmhouses in the countryside (masseria), from modern structures to older homes and more.
What’s awaiting us in 2016?
That’s a brief reflection on 2015. But what’s awaiting us in 2016? Our italian blog Thepuglia.com will have been around for 6 years in January, while in the same month our agency ThePuglia Immobiliare SRL will be 4 years old. We’ve grown in our experience in the sector, we have met local people with whom we’ve developed wonderful relationships. It is in our nature to never stop and always look for more, to plan into the future and grow. For 2016 we want to improve our internet presence with holiday rental sites. We also plan to improve the quality of the property that we manage as well as increase their number by including some new locations. Furthermore, we have launched a project of ‘internationalisation’ which has created the site StayCiao.com (btw, this website), at the moment the blog is in English and will inform tourists and foreign buyers on our activity, our services and will do more in the future…
The most wonderful thing about this year, however, as in every year, is being with you. We have met you in so many ways over your holidays in Salento and in your thousands you have chosen to trust the services of ThePuglia Immobiliare!
